jacquelyn & steven {wizarding world of harry potter proposal photographer}

you all know by now that i love shooting proposals – every time it happens, no matter how many proposals i’ve shot before, i still get that same nervous energy and i can’t wait to be able to celebrate with every single couple! steven & jacqyelyn were no different, and i was so thrilled to be able to help steven plan his surprise proposal & #pottersession for his soon-to-be-fiancée. these two were so sweet together & it was a joy to photograph them.

i often start post-proposal sessions with a few ring shots to give the couple a moment alone together without my lens in their faces to relax and enjoy being newly engaged! after shooting jacquelyn’s gorgeous new ring, it was time to start their engagement photos!

as someone who has always wanted curly hair, photographing it is my favorite. it’s slightly jealousy inducing but it just always looks so amazing in photos!

we took a quick train ride & finished their session up in diagon alley.
