i’m trying to catch up on blogging…let’s start with juliana & glenn’s wedding…

juliana & glenn had such a personal wedding – every element was meaningful to them as a couple & to what they love to do. the whole day was beautiful, and wonderful, and nerdy, and i’m so glad they chose me to be there to capture it.

i was madly in love with all of the florals at this wedding. they were amaaaaaazing.

a triforce ring box & golden snitch bracelets for the bridesmaids? yes, please!

that’s the face of a bride seeing her groom for the first time on their wedding day. <3

it was definitely a very upbeat wedding. there was lots of laughing, that’s for sure. 🙂

i think they were pretty happy with how the ballroom turned out 🙂

one of the many nerdy touches at juliana and glenn’s wedding was not only having themed tables (the dice on the left were at the dungeons and dragons table!), but that big ol’ d20 on the right. instead of clinking glasses to make the newlyweds kiss, guests had to roll the giant die – if they rolled above an 18, the newlyweds kissed. plus, they added a funny twist to keep people from trying too often…if you rolled a 1, you had to go kiss someone else at the reception!

if you’re a doctor who fan, you’ll probably recognize their guestbook. and their cake {below} was borderlands themed, with their custom made topper representing their most-played characters.

who doesn’t love a good themed drink? i never did find out what was in ‘this drink is a lie’…

juju & glenn – thank you for being so easygoing and fun to work with, and thank you for being proud to show off the things that are important to you two on your big day. you guys rock!
