kristin & jason’s rock and roll elopement {orlando elopement photographer}

kristin & jason’s elopement was one of my favorite weddings i’ve ever been a part of. we started the morning in their villa at animal kingdom lodge & then headed to the hard rock hotel for their intimate ceremony.

kristin was going to wear her gorgeous spiked hades heels, but when it started raining she decided to rock her favorite new rock boots instead!

after some portraits in the kidani village lobby, it was time to head to the hard rock. kristin & jason’s original officiant was mia when we got there, so while the awesome events team at the hard rock made some adjustments, we took the time to shoot some more portraits – one of the benefits of such an intimate wedding is being able to roll with the punches and change your timeline as needed.

because the rain decided to continue, everyone decided to move the ceremony inside to the velvet lounge, which was gorgeous and totally rock and roll for a ceremony location!

when i call this ceremony intimate, it really was – just kristin, jason, heather (the hard rock events manager who is amazing and jumped in to officiate when needed!), their harpist, and myself.

instead of writing their own vows, kristin & jason chose their favorite rock lyrics to read to each other.

after their ceremony, it was time for a toast, cutting & sharing their adorable cakes, and a few more portraits during a break in the rain.

kristin & jason – thank you for being the most rock and roll couple ever! i had a fantastic time being a part of your day.
