Hi!! Thank you so much for your interest in becoming a senior rep for E. Gilbert Photography for the Class of 2013 – I couldn’t be more excited to learn more about you!
E. Gilbert Photography senior reps have a few responsibilities. They’re pretty simple, but if you’re not comfortable with any of them, this might not be the right match. Senior rep responsibilities are as follows:
- You agree to use our watermarked images from your sessions as your facebook profile photo for at least a week every other month until graduation.
- You agree to only represent E. Gilbert Photography – that means no photos by other studios (unless your school has any mandatory yearbook photos or something similar), and always presenting us in a positive way!
- You agree to hand out referral cards to any of your friends and classmates who ask about where you got your senior photos.
- You agree that any images we provide for your use will not be edited by you in any way and will not have the watermark removed.
- You agree that you and your parent/guardian will sign a model release and contract at the time of your mini-session.
- You agree to only have your senior photos provided by E. Gilbert Photography, and to schedule a full senior session with us by January of 2013.
There are a few qualifications to be a senior rep for us – they’re as follows:
- You must be currently enrolled in high-school, graduating in 2013.
- Your parents’ permission is required.
- You must be comfortable in front of the camera!
- You must be fun, upbeat, and interesting!
- You can by a guy or girl – we’re looking for anyone awesome!
- You should be a student at a school in either the Osceola or Orange school districts, or at any of the private schools in Orlando.
If I do choose you as one of my senior reps for 2013, you’ll receive the following – this is the good stuff that you get for all of your hard work!
- A complimentary mini-session (30 minutes or so) at the Disney Resort of your choice, or in downtown Celebration before the end of October of 2012.
- A ton of low-res photos for your use on facebook or anywhere else online (these will be watermarked)
- A custom facebook timeline cover from up to 3 images of your choice from your session.
- 50 custom referral cards to hand out to friends and classmates
- An awesome brag book of your ten favorite photos to show off
- The opportunity to receive print credit from all of your referrals
- If a certain number of seniors book using your referral card, you can earn a totally free 1 hour senior session in the spring of 2013.
- The senior rep who provides the most referrals by January 1st, 2013 will receive a $50 gift card!
