emily rambles: i don’t feel so good.

i don’t feel so good. something’s going around. at work, at home, everywhere i go. all of my friends have it, channing has it, the bellmen at my “other” job have it. i thought i was over it, but it struck back, worse than it was before. i think my body is telling me to take a break.

too bad, self, i have no time for that.

however, i have found a few things that make me feel better. here’s my recipe for feeling slightly less like death if you’ve got whatever it is that’s going around.

1. chia seeds + orange juice = amazing deliciousness with added health benefits.
2. eat krispy kremes. they’re delicious even when you’re sick.
3. watch as much gossip girl and pan am as you can fit into your schedule. chuck bass heals all.
4. halls new (i think they’re new?) “warm-ups” come in apple cider flavor. they’re tingly, and they definitely warm up your throat. these will be wonderful to have at my day job.
5. a new glowy purple xbox controller makes playing skylanders even more fun (even when your dog gets ahold of your Hex figure and chews off one of her arms). fun = feeling better.
