i know that sounds like a crazy post title, but it was definitely the best way to sum up the most exciting moments of the past few days. on friday, i went with my best friend amanda (are you guys sick of her yet? if not, go stare at her prettiness here for a while) to get her first tattoo! she designed it herself, and it was a wonderful moment to be able to share with her. Barnett at Fine Ink Studios was totally awesome, and i’ll definitely be going back some time soon so he can tattoo my left foot for me (it’ll match the one i already have on my right foot). here’s just a quick glimpse at her tattoo session:
friday night, i went to the opening night of ENCORE! Cast Choir & Orchestra’s performance of “Dream Our Dreams,” their 2010 performance. it was absolutely fabulous, and i spent the entire time kicking myself about not auditioning. if you’d like to see my photos from the performance, you can check them out on facebook.
last night i had the rare experience of doing something new at disney! i’d never been to the famed Hoop-De-Doo Review at Fort Wilderness, and as amanda left town to go home to new york today, we decided to make it a celebration of her summer here in florida before she left. here’s just a tiny fraction of the pictures i took (i’m sure there will be more soon):
i’m also pretty thrilled about some official photography goings-on from today, but i’ll talk about that here when it’s ‘officially‘ official. 🙂
